SOLD Hans Wegner GE240 Cigar Chair

We have one of these beautiful armchairs designed by Hans Wegner in 1955. This is an early production Model GE240 chair produced by Getama, Denmark and is even rarer for having the most stunning original cushions in good condition. The sprung cushions are reversible – plain one side and patterned on the other and I have never seen cushions as good as these. The chair is made of solid oak and is in very good condition and with a wonderful patina and colour. We can of course make completely new cushions if desired.
